The police said the groom “raped a woman in a Las Vegas hotel room the day before the wedding.”

GROOM-TO-BE was accused of raping a woman in a luxury hotel room in Las Vegas and then tied her with a fiancee who vowed to stay with him.
According to the Las Vegas Review, 35-year-old Omar Delaney of Tacoma, Washington, D.C., was detained on April 20 the day before he was kidnapped. Charged with sexual assault and lewdness.
Allegedly, because his newlywed wife, Tamara, was standing next to her newly married husband after being arrested and raped, maintaining the victim was actually a voluntary participant in sexual activity.

She recalled to the police that according to the Review Journal, she shot down three glasses of vodka that night and then retreated to the luxurious Luxor hotel room at around 11pm.
Delaney’s plaintiff told the police that she remembered that alcohol made her feel “drunk”, but she was still sober.
Once she notified everyone that she was going back to her hotel room, she said that Delaney had allegedly offered to tag her.
“(She) told Omar,’I didn’t like it and tried to slip away from Omar,” the publication quoted the report as saying.
Delaney allegedly left her alone in the room, but subsequent reports indicated that he came back a few minutes later and began to undress the woman.
According to the quoted report, the alleged victim told the police that she shook her head and refused the groom’s advance, “as if saying’no’.”
According to police reports, she allegedly did not make him worry that he would become violent.
The suspected sexual pervert then left her hotel room, and the woman said that she tried to put herself under the bed cover and nodded to sleep.
The publication quoted the report as saying that when investigators searched Delaney’s hotel room, they allegedly found the woman’s room key and confirmed that the key had been at 12:21, 12:38, 1am and Used twice at 1:29 am.
Forced to explain what happened, Delaney refused to answer any questions and asked to consult a lawyer first.
“Review Magazine” confirmed that the police finally took the groom into custody on the morning of April 20 and charged him with three sexual assaults and one crime of indecent assault.
Court records show that Delane and his bride-to-be bought a marriage certificate a few days before the wedding on April 21.
