De NC8 contactloze smartcardlezer is een aan de pc gekoppelde contactloze smartcardlezer/-schrijver die is ontwikkeld op basis van de 13,56 MHz contactloze (RFID) technologie en wordt toegepast voor Near Field Communication (NFC). Deze ondersteunt niet alleen ISO 14443 A en B kaarten, maar ook NFC en FeliCa contactloze technologieën en CCID-compliance.
